Jack joined the firm in early 2024 and has been a driving force in GCP operations ever since. In 2018, Jack founded a strategic advising company for distressed assets in the commercial agriculture space. Prior to forming his company, he spent 5 years as the Director of Operations at Clarity Gardens, focusing on risk mitigation, process improvement and operational efficiency. Jack holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Colorado where he was a President’s List member and National Society of Leadership and Success scholar.
