Prior to GCP, Jack founded a strategic advisory firm focused on distressed assets in the commercial agriculture sector and served as Director of Operations at Clarity Gardens, where he managed complex, multi-phase operational initiatives. His background combines analytical rigor with practical execution, supporting clients through diligence, transaction processes, and operational transitions.
